Writing

The copy edit for HT2 is complete, the artist is working on the book illustrations and the march to completion is drawing close. After reading over the copy edit and ensuring nothing has been missed, I’ll be sending the novel to be proofread before locking the text and working on the book formatting.

At this pace, HT2 will likely be functionally complete in two more months and then comes the publishing wrap up. Almost there!

Life

Writing aside, this month was busy but the highlight was a track day where I got to drive a Lamborghini Gallardo. Having supercar throw you back into your seat when you floor the pedal is an experience I won’t soon forget.

In the reading world, I finished A Sea of Cinders by Adam R. Bishop which was a solid fantasy read from another self-published author. Always good to see others sharing their own creations forged from imagination. Long may it continue.
